Take it from Kim Kardashian: There’s nothing like a little family get-together before a wedding. And when the Kardashian clan unites, product sales follow.
Such was the case in Hollywood on Wednesday, as Kim and sisters Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian unveiled their new clothing collection for Sears. Mom and manager Kris Jenner showed, as did Kim’s fiance, Kris Humphries, and Kourtney’s beau, Scott Disick. Kim and the NBA player will get married Saturday in Montecito, with the bride set to wear a Vera Wang gown.
Another showbiz clan took their show on the road: The young cast of ‘Fright Night’ traveled to Austin, Texas, for an advance screening of the vampire flick starring Colin Farrell.
Anton Yelchin, Dave Franco and Christopher Mintz-Plasse surprised fans at the Alamo Drafthouse Cinema South-Lamar, a storied old movie house where they did some interviews and fan greeting.
In Southampton, N.Y., Claire Danes hosted a chic bonfire party to celebrate her new Showtime series, ‘Homeland.’ Husband Hugh Dancy came to support, as did famous friends including Mary-Kate Olsen, Kiefer Sutherland, Matthew Broderick and new couple Russell Simmons and Melissa George.
Back in Beverly Hills, Travel Channel chef Andrew Zimmern hosted a special tasting of Cascal fermented sodas paired with hatue cuisine at the Beverly Wilshire’s the Cut.
