Lindsay Lohan guilty of 'poor judgment,' not probation violation [Poll]
Lindsay Lohan's home-confinement guest list got a lot shorter Thursday -- but the judge reviewing a possible probation violation decided the actress could stay out of jail.
Lohan was back in Judge Stephanie Sautner's courtroom after recently failing an alcohol test.
"You are not guilty of a probation violation, but what you are guilty of is extremely poor judgment," Sautner told Lohan, L.A. Now reported. "You are not to have parties. You are to have one friend over at a time, plus family and business dealings."
After reviewing Lohan's file with the attorneys, Sautner said, she'd determined the June 13 test was not required. The most recent order, from Judge Elden Fox and related to her 2007 DUI convictions, applied only to drugs and alcohol consumed from Jan. 3 to Feb. 25.
The test Lohan failed was given June 13, the day after she was photographed hosting a rooftop barbecue get-together with friends.
Lohan, who entered a no-contest plea May 11 on a misdemeanor theft charge, began serving 35 days of house arrest on May 26.
