A Lady Gaga update for the Ministry’s little monsters -- not that it’s a surprise, but she’s having a seriously good week.

A 1,108,000-album-selling week, that is, as her new disc ‘Born This Way’ ziplined onto the charts -- meeting the staggering expectations for such a ubiquitous artist, says Rolling Stone.

In addition to countless stunt performances and promotional appearances in support of the record, her Ladyship’s domination was largely due to an Amazon.com promotion that sold the entire album for just 99 cents.

‘Anytime we can get people to purchase music legally, it’s a good thing,’ Gaga’s manager said in correspondence about ‘Born This Way’s’ success.

Another metric for Gaga doing good was her recent compliment from fashion plate Sarah Jessica Parker. The ‘Sex and the City’ star, a successful fragrance and clothing designer in her own right, praised the singer.

She’s ‘in a league of her own. I admire her aesthetic choices,’ Parker recently told MTV News. ‘I think we have very different silhouettes that we choose. I don’t mean that in a judgmental way. I mean that she is an extraordinary and singular and unique person.’
