Jamaican singer Sean Kingston is in stable condition after a serious jet ski wreck in Miami.

The ‘Fire Burning’ hit-maker was operating a watercraft with a female passenger Sunday evening, when the two collided with Palm Island bridge. Injuries sustained by Kingston had him treated at Jackson Ryder Trauma Center.

‘Sean was heading west from the MacArthur Causeway and Miami Beach Islands when his personal watercraft collided with the bridge, and he and his female passenger ended up in the water,’ a rep for the Florida Fish and Wildlife Commission told People magazine. There was no indication that alcohol was involved.

The rep also said a ‘good samaritan’ came to Kingston and his friend’s aide before rescue teams arrived. Kingston’s own publicist confirmed his stable condition, adding ‘Sean’s family thanks everyone for their prayers and support during this time.

One such supporter was Justin Bieber, tweeting his concern.

‘Got my friend @seankingston in my prayers tonight. a true friend and big bro. please keep him in your prayers tonight as well,’ he said.
