Jake Busey, son of ‘The Celebrity Apprentice’s’ Gary Busey, is planning to go to rehab.

The ‘Starship Troopers’ and ‘Identity’ actor said he woke up in a hospital this week after having ‘a little too much fun with booze’ and getting alcohol poisoning, TMZ reported.

The 39-year-old didn’t specify when or where he’d be checking in for substance abuse treatment but said he plans to take it seriously and get himself on a ‘straight path to clean living,’ the site said.

The actor is slated for David Gordon Green‘s animated surfer comedy series ‘Good Vibes,’ which should air on MTV with the voice talents of Adam Brody, Debi Mazar, Josh Gad and Danny McBride.

Father Gary Busey, who was fired from Donald Trump‘s ‘The Celebrity Apprentice,’ recently experienced health issues with his 1-year-old son, Luke, when the toddler was hospitalized for a ‘childhood illness’ in April.

Luke has since recovered, Busey tweeted, but returned to the hospital a few days later.
