Charlie Sheen lists Beverly Hills mansion for $7.2 million
Charlie Sheen's Beverly Hills mansion is officially for sale. If you've been house-hunting for a warlock-worthy party pad or extra space to start a porn family, look no further.
The 7,924-square-foot luxury dwelling, located in Mulholland Estates, features five bedrooms and seven baths but comes with a hefty price tag: $7.2 million.
The listing describes the custom-built Mediterranean as a "spectacular celebrity home" and an "entertainer's dream with spacious public rooms, most of which open to a beautifully landscaped yard featuring a professional outdoor kitchen with dining area, pool and spa. Other features include a screening room and top-of-the-line appliances and finishes."
Sheen kept the house in his divorce from Brooke Mueller in a deal reached just weeks ago, after paying her a $1-million buyout. The selling of "Sober Valley Lodge" also comes after confirmation that Warner Bros. and CBS have officially replaced Sheen with Ashton Kutcher on "Two and a Half Men."
Get ready, world, this warlock could be your new neighbor.
