Gwyneth Paltrow: I'm in the best shape of my life
Gwyneth Paltrow has to balance out all that cooking somehow -- and apparently does it effectively, as the actress tells Self magazine she's in the best shape of her life.
"I never thought that I’d be considered to have a good body. I was bony up top and kind of dumpy on the bottom. But my trainer, Tracy Anderson, completely changed my legs, butt, arms and stomach. I feel better than ever, too," she said.
Anderson's popular dance cardio routine, along with muscle toning, delivered Paltrow's "Iron Man" bod -- but she's not without her problem areas.
"My butt! My butt, butt, butt. When Tracy met me, she said that I had a long, square butt that she was going to redesign, and I was, like, 'Yeah? Good luck.'"
Yet Anderson has been successful and, Paltrow says, her bottom is "still changing." What do you think of Paltrow's fitness regime? Tell us in comments.

Paltrow looks good. She always has.
Now for the cynical stuff: I wouldn't take fitness advice from someone who eats Oreos dipped in fudge frosting for breakfast (Anderson publicly and proudly stated that this combo is a meal choice). I also think that it's got to be pretty easy to stay in shape if you can pay a trainer to help you. And Paltrow may have cooks and nutritionists on her staff to help keep her looking like this—after all, her career depends on it.
Now for the pragmatic stuff: If I were in Paltrow's shoes, I'd pay all the professionals I needed to help keep me fit so I could maintain my Hollywood status. It's just good sense. But Anderson wouldn't get one thin dime from me.
