Jennings spilled the beans via Twitter: "Waylon Albert 'Blackjack' Jennings has arrived folks! Thanks for all the kind words folks!," adding later, "We're super lucky to have so many kind friends!"

Jennings, 31, proposed to De Matteo, 39, onstage in 2009. The couple have been together for nine years and already have a 3-year-old daughter named Alabama Gypsyrose together, People reported.

Their new son, Blackjack, shares the same proper name as his father and grandfather, country singer Waylon Jennings.

"Drea's the best mother in the world," Jennings told Us magazine earlier this year. "I love her so much. She is such an important part of our lives."

"The more children we can have the better, we want a bunch of kids!"
