Adrianne Palicki in (new) new Wonder Woman costume
Wonder Woman's red boots are back and her pants no longer look like rubber, recent online images of Adrianne Palicki shooting her NBC show indicate.
Still no sign of the star-spangled booty shorts, however.
Originally, Warner Bros. television released the official image of Palicki in costume for the upcoming fall show a few weeks ago. But fans strongly decried the Amazonian princess' new garb as a trashy Comic-Con knock-off, stripper costume and an unpatriotic adaptation of the superheroine's digs.
The studio hasn't released an official updated image of her in costume, but these images uploaded to Flickr show the alterations, specifically the non-rubber pants, the stars down the pant leg and the return of Wonder Woman's signature footwear.

People act like NBC really made a big change. Look at Wonder Woman from 1941- 2010 and this is still NOT the iconic Wonder Woman. Adrianne doesn't have to look like Lynda Carter but she should look like Wonder Woman. New version or not it still sucks and so does the leaked David E. Kelley script. She is completely stripped of her patriatism. Red, white and blue is gone. The high heels were NEVER a problem it was the gold and blue. Her boots are red and white not gold and blue or red and gold and sorry but those pants are HORRID. I don't care how you tweak them it's NOT Wonder Woman other then in name only. DC Comics and Warner would NEVER mess with Batman or Superman fans to this degree. Bad prank and they can all go to hell.

Pretty bad, pretty stupid. It's like taking the familiar eagle on the coins and replacing them with seagulls. They're taking a costume which has achieved the accolade of being Americana in the hopes that a young hip crowd will grant them more money and interest in this act of desperation.
If anything, show us new ways to love the eagle, don't take it away. Tweak a costume here and there of a familiar character, don't force some change, if anything, you will only alienate those you want to inspire.

UGLY...looks like some sort of katy perry knock off with those giant bolt-on boobs. Why don't her bracelets match the rest of the outfit? Everything is gold and then BAM silver cuffs.

I am glad they switched from the rubber blue pants to the darker blue with stars (and the red boots). I think her top should cover a little more. I don't think she needs to be falling out while running after the bad guy. If what "disappointed" said about her being less patriotic in the new script is true, I hope they change that and bring back her patriotism.

I think this change is exactly what the new Wonder Woman TV series needs. EVERYBODY is pointing and complaining and comparing. Their angry or happy or sad or outraged, and you know what?! Everybody, EVERYBODY will watch this show! They'll watch it and record it and buy the the DVDs of it. They'll You Tube it and Face Book it and Tweet it. No matter how you feel about it, that first Premier episode will probably be one of the most watched TV episodes of all time. I think that's Awesome!

Please forgive my coarse language. She's got a nice rack. As for the costume, the garb Lynda Carter wore back in the day was far more provocative than this getup. The only thing is...it's not exactly a marquee name, is it? Palicki? Let's hope she fares better than British import Michelle Ryan did as "The Bionic Woman".

oh and please.. leave Wonder Woman alone. Just leave it to Linda Carter memories and cartoon based shows. Let it be legend please.. only those of us of the 70's can understand this. Everyone wants to be Wonder Woman of course.. but really just let if be a classic. It wont have staying power anymore in a new form with a new chic.

Seriously, give her back her old costume. It is just annoying when some stupid director thinks that he can make a classic better by changing her well known costume. If you want to make it edgy fine but you dont change her star undies to blue spanks. I have no interest in even watching this movie because I think it will just irritate me seeing how badly they changed our "Woman Power" super hero.

NBC should not get cute and CHANGE the original Wonder Woman look.
Wonder woman should NOT have pants.
She be showing off her legs like in the original show.
This girl Adrianne Palicki has nice legs to show off.
NBC should change this back to her showing off her legs or most men won't watch.
Most mean watched the original wonder woman because of her nice legs :D

I do not like the cast pick for Wonder Woman pilot. I grew up on Wonder Woman. Adrianne is not a seasoned actress to perform WW, she does not embody the essence of the character. the only thing Adrianne body is fit that is it. Adrianne just dyed her hair black she looks nothing like an Amazonian. I am outraged! Hollywood how could you disgrace Wonder Woman, ugh.!!!
