Kourtney Kardashian -- with two Ks -- on 'One Life to Live'
Kourtney Kardashian flaunted her acting chops to daytime viewers Monday in a different grossly over-dramatized series: ABC's "One Life to Live."
The "Kourtney and Kim Take New York" star (a.k.a. the monotone dead-behind-the-eyes Kardashian) appeared on the daytime soap as ambulance-chasing lawyer Kassandra Kavanaugh -- "with two Ks" -- handcuffed to soap star David Fumero.
"Dancing With the Stars" contestant Wendy Williams anchored the news spot that introduced Kardashian's over-the-top plot. Watch the whole clip above.
Kardashian's struggle with learning how to act was documented in Sunday's episode of her reality series, which generally illuminates her tumultuous love life with boyfriend Scott Disick, her relationship with her sisters Khloe and Kim Kardashian, their business-savvy ventures and their less-than-business-savvy adventures.
The fashion-forward starlet and eldest Kardashian admitted that she was fulfilling a lifelong dream but didn't know how to act when she learned that the script contained more lines than she expected.
"I'm not going to be like Nicole Kidman," she told her friend Adrienne Bailon, the former Cheetah Girl and Rob Kardashian's ex-girlfriend, from whom she was seeking acting advice. "I'm not an actress."
A little reminiscent of Kim saying she wasn't Beyonce or Celine Dion when she decided to sing, no?

She was working against a very good soap actor and in their scenes I could clearly see the difference between a trained actor and a wannabe. Her voice sounded like a monotone, there was barely any expression on her face, and her timing was way off.
Sorry Kourtney, but if you want to be anything but a reality star, you need some heavy duty training in acting school. And even then it might not be enough.
