Jake Gyllenhaal in SXSW bathroom fight with photo-happy fan [Poll]

Jake-gyllenhaal-bathroom-fight-sxsw This post has been corrected. See the note below for details.

Jake Gyllenhaal has had his fair share of action films, but everyone is vulnerable when using the bathroom -- as he unfortunately learned over the weekend at the SXSW Film Festival in Austin, Texas.

At SXSW to premiere his new flick "Source Code," Gyllenhaal got into a scuffle Friday after a fan in the bathroom tried to photograph him -- while, um, he was using the bathroom.

"That's true," Gyllenhaal confirmed when asked about the incident. "I think it's an appropriate space to keep privacy. I hope that people wouldn't disagree with me on that."

We certainly agree -- a violation like that is all kinds of wrong. Good news: The photo-snapping fan agreed to delete the picture of Gyllenhaal in his indisposed state.

Weigh in on the poll below.

For the record, 9:35 a.m. March 18: This post has been updated to correctly give a positive answer to a double-negative question. Where it once said, "We certainly do," it now says, "We certainly agree." Which is what we meant. Thx to commenter @Matt for the nudge.

That's like the sickest thing that you can do to a person, famous or not. I wouldn't want to see a picture of myself pissing let alone someone else. So what level of a pervert do you have to be to want one for keepsake. I got advice for all those goodlooking famous guys "Do like the ladies, take a friend to guard the stale."lmao! It should be legal to hire someone to kick people's asses that have the nerve! right....

true this is not even hero worship.
very poor behaviour by the fan.

Hasn't this fan seen Jake naked enough in the movies???

Just because he deleted it does not mean he cant get it back

"'I hope that people wouldn't disagree with me on that.'

We certainly do..."

I think you meant to say "don't" there.
