Olivia Wilde has a husband? OK, we know we should act all cool and like we knew, but -- Olivia Wilde is married? The answer is yes, but probably not for long: The ‘House, M.D.’ and ‘Tron: Legacy’ actress is separating from Tao Ruspoli, the Italian guy she married when she was 18.

‘They have been living apart after trying for quite some time to make their relationship work,’ a source told People. The separation is reportedly mutual.

Wilde, 26, and Ruspoli, 35, got engaged at Burning Man and were married in 2003 on a school bus, you know, for privacy, she told Playboy. And he’s the second son of an Italian prince who owns a castle. And she sometimes gets mail addressed to ‘principessa.’

‘We were hippies,’ she told the mag. ‘We lived on that bus for months.’

How did we not know this?

It does explain the lack of dating, actually. Though somewhere in the back of our minds we’d blamed that on ‘Tron’ and the rest of her booming career.

Things we know for sure: Wilde was stunning in her Marchesa dress at the Weinstein-Relativity Media party, chatting with Ryan Gosling and others and generally working the room after the Golden Globes last month -- and her flick ‘Cowboys & Aliens’ comes out in July.
