Camille Grammer grilled about allegedly sexless sex life

 

Camille Grammer, she of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" fame, is used to being in the hot seat for inappropriate behavior -- but we at the Ministry think Barbara Walters deserves a wrist slap.

Camille, currently embroiled in a divorce battle with actor Kelsey Grammer, appeared on "The View" on Monday to promote the second part of her "Housewives" reunion special airing Tuesday, where Walters asked some tough questions about her sex life.

"You sort of implied that you hadn't had sex with Kelsey in a couple of years ... and if so why are you that surprised that he wanted someone else?" Walters asked, referring to Kelsey's fiancee, Kayte Walsh. 

"You'd have to ask him that," Camille responded with nervous laughter, evident in the clip above.

"I thought I'd ask you since you're the one who said it," Walters pressed, sounding annoyed (at best).

"We tried and something didn't click with us on an intimate level, but we were best friends," Camille said.

Barbara was NOT out of line. Camille opened herself up for the scrutiny she is under. Obviously there were many problems in the marriage. Shame on Kelsey for having an affair and not being man enough to tell his wife that he wants out of the marriage before the affair. Shame on Camille for not accepting any of her own responsibility in the failure of her marriage. Barbara always asks the tough questions. If celebrities can't take the heat, then stay off the show.

Barbara definitely was way out of line. Check out Barbara's body language and mean spirited pursuit in her questioning. Camille essentially tried not to throw Kelsey under the bus with the ask him response. Barbara continued her attack as if she was giving kelsey an excuse for his bad behavior. Camille was there to promote the housewives show not defend her relationship with Kelsey. Camille did not comment on her sexual relationship with Kelsey anywhere on the housewives' show.
