Vince Neil of Motley Crue will plead guilty and serve two weeks in jail for a DUI arrest in Las Vegas, according to the terms of a deal to be presented to the court Jan. 26.

The ‘Skating With the Stars’ contestant, who had proclaimed his sobriety just a week before his June 27 arrest, will plead guilty to misdemeanor driving under the influence and start serving his time Feb. 15, according to an aide in the district attorney’s office.

‘I have recognized that you can’t drink and drive at all,’ Neil said in a statement Tuesday. He was pulled over near the Las Vegas Strip while at the wheel of his black Lamborghini.

The rocker previously served 20 days and paid $2.5 million in restitution after pleading guilty to drunken driving and manslaughter related to a 1984 accident in Redondo Beach that killed Nicholas Dingley, drummer of the band Hanoi Rocks.
