John Mellencamp, Meg Ryan reportedly dating
John Mellencamp seems to prefer blonds -- the rocker, whose split from wife Elaine Mellencamp went public on New Year's Eve, reportedly has been dating actress Meg Ryan.
A source close to Ryan tells People that the two have been dating for about seven weeks, and that the Mellancamps were already separated at the time.
Said a magazine source who spotted the "When Harry Met Sally" star with Mr. "Jack and Diane" recently at a New York grocery: "I thought that was her husband because they seemed for comfortable and familiar with each other, just like an old married couple."
They also were spotted together having coffee in Martha's Vineyard, People said.
The onetime John Cougar Mellencamp's marriage to model Elaine Irwin was his third, lasting 18 years. He has five children total with the three wives. Ryan has a son with actor Dennis Quaid and a daughter she adopted later, after she and Quaid divorced.

Jeez Meg Ryan looks 60 if a day. She went downhill damn quickly, I don't think she's over 50 either.
