Reese Witherspoon is engaged to her agent beau Jim Toth!
The two join a laundry list of high-profile names slated to be wed in the new year, all of whom announced their intentions within the holiday strike zone.
"They are extremely happy," a rep for the actress told Us Weekly.
Witherspoon, 34, and Toth, 40, took up with each other last January, after her split from actor Jake Gyllenhaal. The "How Do You Know" gal was previously married to actor Ryan Phillippe.
Toth seems more than the marrying type. In their nearly yearlong courtship, he and the actress have maintained a low-key lifestyle heavily involving Witherspoon and Phillippe's two children, Ava, 11, and Deacon, 7.
