Julianne Hough 'Is That So Wrong' official video 'kinda banned' by CMT [poll]
Julianne Hough told a concert crowd Friday in Maryland that her "Is That So Wrong" official video had been "kinda banned" by CMT, the Washington Post reports.
"Apparently I was taking off too many clothes as I was dancing across my bedroom," the "Burlesque" actress said, pausing. "But I don't know — I kind of liked it."
Of course we had to look, and fortunately the video falls well within the Ministry's never-super-high standards, so you can check it out too, above. But, for example:
Nobody gets beaten, and nothing gets burned down.
The official video in no way features Miley Cyrus grinding, smoking or dancing like a loon.
It's not shot in a women's prison, with performers in scanty underthings — and there's no mass murder.
So — are you scandalized by a beautiful woman dancing in short shorts and a bra that covers up just about everything? Even if she is Ryan Seacrest's 22-year-old girlfriend?

Whats so wrong with it? Walk down any beach and you can see a whole lot more than that. Besides if you got it flaunt it!

She knew it was not banned, she said it to get publicity for a musical career that is falling apart. Without that comment, would the LA Times, Washington Post etc, be talking about it or her? I think not.

I dont really think theres anything wrong with this video. Shes a dancer and a singer and she pulls both off very well.

I think it's a cute video-and Julienne's best song to date! So you see a few somersaults and some boob shots-big deal! Dana and Mr. A. Nonymous should stick to Miley bong videos and leave adult content to the rest of us!

There's nothing so riske about this video.I can recall several CMT video's alot sexier orriske then this. This to me is normal for a video these days.Besides Juilianne is famous for her DWTS act and is primarily a ballroom dancer so she's going to incooperate some moves into the video. What about Cher's "If I Could Turn Back Time"...that's riske compared this this....let it alone or Faith Hill's "Breathe" naked under sheet.

When I first heard about this video being banned and was expecting a lot more. Dancing in a bra and the video is banned? Really? Watch just about any Trace Adkins video and you'll see far worse.
Maybe it's just me but I thought this video was pretty tame. Sure, she's very sexy, but I didn't find anything erotic about the video at all.

The girl is Beautiful , full of energy ,can dance and sing. Someone old would be in bad taste :) Stupid comments give a young star lots of free new attention. It's Great ! so is she :) Every year someone gets picked on by a bunch of old, ugly people....one year it was the Dixie Chicks...the most recent is Adam Lambert (the hottest guy out there). By the way I'm 65 ..for all of you that thought I was picky on the elderly :)

A beautiful and talented lady, a beautiful and heartfelt song and a beautiful and well directed choreography, done by a very sexy woman, "is that so wrong?"

I do not believe that it is too racy. I have seen videos by other artist that is way to racy to be put on the television but they are. I mean everyone caused a fuss when rascal flatts put the video on for "I melt." One of the artist was completly naked in the video. But this girl does not get completly naked. She sheds her shirt.?! I think that people find it racy because of the acrobatics. I think that she is just a beautiful dancer. She should be appreciated for her talent. I think that the video should be aired on the television. When we start seeing things like christina aguleria's video "not myself tonight" then we should start worring whether or not to place it on the television. That video is extremely sexual but this video is not.
