Gwyneth Paltrow is currently one half of a star couple, long married to Coldplay singer Chris Martin, but hubby Chris wasn’t her first celebrity relationship.

Paltrow, 38, was reminded of stints with Brad Pitt, 1994-1997, and Ben Affleck, 1997-2000, in an E! Entertainment special about her rise to fame and lifestyle guru-ship.

‘It was strange to be part of a public couple,’ she said on the show, which premiered Wednesday. Though Paltrow rarely speaks about Pitt, she’s historically been sentimental about Affleck.

Appearing on Bravo’s ‘Inside The Actor’s Studio,’ years back, she labeled Affleck ‘one of those guys with so much potential.’

Paltrow, a mother of two, also opened up about her post-partum depression.

‘You don’t want anybody to know that you’re depressed or crying all the time,’ she said. ‘There’s this shame that we bring to it, and it’s incredibly debilitating and scary and you just don’t feel like yourself.’
