Sightings: Jennifer Aniston celebrates Thanksgiving in Cabo

Sometimes you gotta be thankful for a getway with the girls.

No one is more seasoned a pro than Jennifer Aniston when it comes to quality time with the ladies, and the actress did just that over Thanksgiving.

Aniston hit her longtime favorite escape, Los Cabos, Mexico, with a gaggle of pals including E!'s Chelsea Handler, according to several reports. Aniston celebrated her 41st birthday in the sunny locale this year and has previously enjoyed New Year's jaunts with pals such as Courteney Cox and Tobey Maguire's wife, Jennifer Meyer. 

Showing off her bikini body, Aniston was snapped lounging with Handler jacuzzi-side in a private villa.

Back in Los Angeles, Motely Crue member Nikki Sixx volunteered at an early Turkey Day dinner in Hollywood. The rocker dishes out hot meals for members of Covenant House, a group that provides food, shelter and crisis care to homeless youth.

Wow, after 5 yrs going on 6 we certainly didn't think Jennifer Aniston would end up like this, while she is in Mexico baring her behind for the paparatzi to see as usual, the woman who stole her husband Brad is enjoying their lives with their six kids birthday bash, and Mega Mind premiers looking just as much in love as ever where is Jennifer Aniston on an old hag getaway in Mexico withnasty muthed Chelsea Handler, shame, shame.

How nice, Jen finally found a MAN willing to spend the holiday with her. Oh...wait...it's Chelsea MANdler. Well, I guess that's as close amiserable, "pity me" Aniston can get. Handler's pen!s is probably bigger than Mayer's, so maybe Aniston is happy with him/her.
