Dina Lohan does the 'Today' show; Michael Lohan visits Lindsay in rehab

Several activity blips have hit on the Lindsay Lohan radar, including a stop by the "Today" show from mom Dina and details of a visit to rehab from her father, Michael.

Chatting with anchor Matt Lauer, Dina weighed in Monday on the significance of her daughter's current rehab stint.

"She's been in a couple facilities, but this one, to me, has really changed her," Dina said, adding, "Addiction is difficult. I don't know. I don't have a crystal ball. I pray hard. ... We can only be positive and look to the future to help other families." 

While the Lohan matriarch did the talking-head thing, news of Michael's Sunday visit to Lindsay circulated.

Lindsay and her dad, notorious for feuding and trading barbs through press, had a reported emotional reunion at the Betty Ford Center in Rancho Mirage.

"There were hugs, kisses and even a few tears when Michael and Lindsay first saw each other," a source told Radar Online. 

The pair spent several hours shopping at a nearby mall, at one point perusing the goods in a jewelry store. The outlet contacted Michael for comment but were denied any juice.

"I have pledged not to comment about anything relating to my daughter," he said. "However, what I will say is that I am an incredibly proud father tonight. My daughter is progressing extraordinarily well."

You know, I am probably one of the most compassionate people in the world, but I am just about out of compassion for this young lady AND her attention seeking, money hungry parents. They will stop at nothing to gain some attention. Lindsay has had every chance in the world to beat this addiction thing and she had chosen not to. I'm tired of being supportive of all these Hollywood wannabes. The girl has no more talent than my cat. Why is everyone so goo goo over her? And Charlie Sheen...I used to really like to watch his sit-com, but I refuse to watch him anymore and refuse to do business with any of the endorsers and advertisers of his show. He's a liar an addict and one who has a LOT of anger problems. Don't you ever lie to the people who support you Charlie. "An allergic reaction to some medication". Who in the heck do you think you're kidding? Do you REALLY think people believe you. I know, you don't care if they believe you or not. You should have been put under the jail way back when you were into the cocaine so hot and heavy. You as well as SO many others out there in LA LA Land are such losers. Just a bunch of lying losers.

Put all three Lohans into a 12 month faith based program and then you'll see some changes. Thirty days anywhere just does not cut it... even Betty Ford Center.
