Clap your eyes on this: Denise Richards, ex-wife of Charlie Sheen -- yep, that Charlie Sheen -- has made news lately, but not for anything she's said.

She's making headlines for what she isn't saying.

In a town where most actors never fail to pimp out their private lives for gain -- financial or otherwise -- Richards has decided to shut up about her ex's latest problems. You know, the trouble stemming from Sheen's crazy night at the Plaza with that lady who goes by the name Capri.

"Denise saw everything," a Richards insider tells PopEater. "Not only did she witness everything that

happened that night at the restaurant, hotel and hospital, over the past few years she has seen everything, yet refuses to kiss and tell."

What makes Richards' decision even more admirable? She's reportedly turning down $1 million to tell all.

The reason? She wants to “protect her kids.” Of course, there's also the possibility that she agreed to muzzle herself as part of a lucrative private settlement with Sheen, either during her divorce or more recently. But we prefer to imagine Richards as a classy broad.

Way to go Denise!! I feel for celebrity's as they can't do nothing without the entire world knowing about it. Not to mention the press and media like to make up what they want to publish!!
