Neil Patrick Harris to make film directing debut with 'Aaron and Sarah'
Neil Patrick Harris is about to take on a third baby -- as the multitalented star, who with partner David Burtka has twins on the way, will try his hand at film directing.
Harris will helm "Aaron and Sarah," says THR, a romantic comedy to star Emma Roberts and "The Kids Are All Right" breakout Josh Hutcherson.
The high-school set romantic indie will follow two friends whose relationship blossoms over four years of school, four proms and a funeral.
Harris just directed a one-off weekend of the play "Rent" at the Hollywood Bowl, on the heels of claiming several Emmy trophies in August. His other two babies will arrive sometime soon via a surrogate.
