A closer look: Lisa Rinna and her lips, before and after [Poll]
A look at Lisa Rinna and her lips before and after her August lip-reduction surgery reveals -- maybe not a whole lot of difference?
Rinna posed for cameras Tuesday in New York with hubby Harry Hamlin, promoting their two new books after hearing live on the "Today" show that their boutique had been burglarized.
She told People the surgery made her mouth smooth instead of "bumpy and uneven," and we can kind of see that -- kind of. Oh well, she says it's a work in progress.
What do you think? Take the poll, then give us the specifics in comments.

Her face looks like she's been worked over numerous times. Must be a serial cosmetic surgery patient.

Reduction??? Oh no! I was shocked at the question.
More work, yes. Implants or maybe injections is what I was thinking.
I was watching Sons of Anarchy and can't help notice Ally Walker's lip work - must be injections. Ugh.
It's messed up what Hollywood and the pressure to look young is doing to our actors - men too. I'm all for plastic surgery but people are looking freakish!!

Let me see what she looks like without all the makeup. Yeah, that's what I thought too.

I am old enough to remember the original lovely Lisa Rinna, before both procedures. Sad stuff.

Whatever. She had more worked done. They just did the lips a different shape; appears to be the same size. She also appears to have cheek and perhaps chin implants. Also her eyes look different. Omg. I guess if you have the money do it but like I said...Whatever!!!!

Her mouth area and lips look deformed now. Before she just had big lips. People don't realize that you can tell when you have surgery done to your face, no matter how good the surgeon is. It always looks bad and false. Also big lips on white women does not look good, it makes them look like a clown.

It's really a shame that people's sense of self is so off-centered that they cannot age gracefully. Lisa Rinna was a beautiful, sexy woman before she started pounding on her face. And really, that is what it looks like. She should have never touched her lips or any other part of her body. Ever. Face peels or simple beauty treatments are one thing but Hollywood has become a freak show. Look at Marisa Tomei or Diane Lane - two beautiful women who are incredibly sexy yet have accepted their aging gracefully. At least so far. haha.

Lisa's on her show teaching her kids all about being okay with yourself. Shonuff. She took a picture away from them of another pathetic, attention starved,wannabe/neverwas because that girl had done the big plastic surgery no no. That girl is insecure and not happy with herself.
She isn't like mommy. Mommy's bongo buffalo lips are little, itsy bitsy no nos.
It's just too pathetic and tragic to laugh at. The looks on her daughters faces said it all. And what's even sadder, Lisa is so consumed by Lisa,Lisa and Lisa's show on.... cable, she doesn't have a clue

I am one who is all for improving your self-image and if having work done to yourself makes you feel better about your self, then that is your choice to do so and I say go for it. That being said, I have always thought the original (no work) Lisa Rinna was stunningly beautiful. Her full lips were a part of her character. I always wished I could look just like her and have tried to copy her signature hairstyle many times (and failed). If she is happy with herself though, then I am OK with it.
