Khloe Kardashian calls out Perez Hilton as her 'personal bully'

Khloe-kardashian Khloe Kardashian knows she's been slow to respond to Perez Hilton's call for celebs to make an "It Gets Better" video to support teens in crisis.

Why the delay? She didn't know if it would be hypocritical to make an anti-bullying message at the request of a man whom she says has repeatedly bullied her -- a man whose presence online sometimes made her reluctant to go out at all, she says, for fear of bad pictures showing up the next day with cruel words like "tranny" and "fugly" scribbled over her face.

"Perez Hilton asked me himself to do this video, and he's doing such an amazing thing by getting all these celebs to speak up to people -- but, for me, Perez has been my personal bully," Kardashian says in the video posted on her blog (see it embedded below).

The 5-foot-10 member of the Kardashian clan speaks of a lifetime of being compared unfavorably to her famous sisters -- taller, bigger, lighter-skinned.

But, she says, "Forget my childhood, forget that now as an adult I thought, you know, bullying would be done, but, in my world it's not done .... I live in a world where there's magazines and blogs, and people feel like they are allowed to criticize me, and in the meanest way." Hilton's words have given license to his followers and commenters to jump on the bashing bandwagon, she said.

She says she decided to make the video after seeing Hilton on Ellen DeGeneres' show, saying he was turning over a nicer, non-bullying leaf.

"I've been around you in person," she says, directing her words to Perez, "and you're sweet, funny, I don't know, just, sometimes you say some really hurtful things."

Still, she says, she fully believes in second chances, even third chances. And that's why she finally made the video, which is spurring her commenters to say things like, "I see myself in you" and "You spoke the truth."

That's a few beautiful steps up from fugly.

She is a fine one to call anyone a bully. Watch her on that show. She pushes people around and has to have her own way always. And Perez Hilton is just saying what EVERYONE is thinking and saying. Pimp mouth and porn star daughter.

Hilton is self-loathing and jealous of ALL women because he will never be one.
He isn't even a man.

Most chicks could kick his behind.

Perez is, indeed, a bully. He has also been mean to Jen Aniston in a major way with nasty name calling and scribblings. What a jerk!! You'd think he was twelve. Words really hurt and I hope he learns to be kind.

Love The Kash Dolls..

Perez Hilton attacked celebrities because he wanted to be a part of their world,
Good Bad or Indifferent........ They in turned allowed him in.. to get him to stop talking about them.. and he did,.. But He is still ajerk
