Celine Dion has brought her new twin boys home to husband Rene Angelil and son Rene-Charles -- and the kiddos finally have names too.

After looking at ‘nearly 15,000 names,’ the parents finally settled on Eddy and Nelson, after the late songwriter Eddy Marnay, who contributed to Dion’s first album, and political leader Nelson Mandela.

Dion and the newborns were allowed to leave the hospital for their Jupiter Island, Fla., home on Wednesday night, and the names went public Thursday.

Another revelation: Dion was originally carrying triplets, she told the French-language publication Canoe, but lost one early in the pregnancy. The child ‘decided to make room for the other two,’ the singer tearfully told Canoe.

Nelson, incidentally, is the elder of the fraternal twins, who were born Saturday.
