Stars hit Puerto Rico for Hollywood domino tournament

Several sexy celebs hit Puerto Rico on Labor Day weekend to soak up sun and play in the annual Hollywood Domino Gala and Tournament.

Ryan Phillippe, newlyweds Dave Annable and Odette Yustman and ‘Glee’ star Mark Salling all showed for a weekend of exclusive events at Puerto Rico’s W Retreat and Spa Hotel.

Shirtless fun was had by Phillippe, who eventually suited up for Friday evening’s Calvin Klein Black and White Party, a cocktail kickoff for Saturday’s main event.

Proceeds from the tournament benefited La Fundacion A-Mar, a local charity that funds aid for child burn victims and pediatric care.
