Mario Lopez and Courtney Mazza have a baby girl

Mario Lopez? Now you can call the "Extra" host daddy. Lopez and girlfriend Courtney Mazza welcomed a baby girl, Gia Francesca Lopez, on Saturday in Burbank.

Mazza called Lopez, who was in Las Vegas, to give him a heads-up on the whole "I'm in labor" situation. Once he realized she wasn't joking, Lopez said, he hopped on a flight home in time to welcome the 6 pounds, 4 ounces, addition to the family.

"I just want to go and stare at her, check her out and just look at her," Lopez told "Extra."

"She's chubby, and she looks so cute."

He was talking about the baby, right?
