Report: Lindsay Lohan enters rehab for the fifth time

Lindsay Lohan has entered rehab for the fifth time, checking into a live-in facility in Southern California with plans to stay there until her Oct. 22 court date, TMZ reports. The decision to do so was hers, according to Gossip Cop.
The date with Judge Elden Fox, of course, comes after the actress failed court-mandated drug tests that were part of her parole after serving time in jail and rehab for probation violations related to two 2007 DUI incidents. Lilo reportedly tested positive for cocaine and amphetamine, and Fox sent her to jail Friday without bail, a ruling that was overturned on appeal later in the day because the violation was related to a misdemeanor.
Looking to score some cash after posting $300,000 bail, Lohan reportedly was shopping around ‘exclusive’ pictures of herself wearing the SCRAM alcohol-monitoring ankle bracelet that’s one of the terms of her most recent release, Us Magazine reports. The asking price was allegedly a cool $10,000 -- for which there were no takers among the major tabloid players, Us says.
