Nancy Wilson divorcing director Cameron Crowe
Ooooh, barracuda -- Heart singer Nancy Wilson has filed for divorce from movie director-writer Cameron Crowe.
The pair has been married for 24 years. Wilson submitted a petition for divorce Sept. 16, citing the inevitable "irreconcilable differences."
The documents indicate the couple's initial separation was in June 2008, when they decided to live apart and co-parent their twin sons. Wilson is asking for joint custody of the boys, as well as her maiden name restored.
Crowe's filmography includes "Jerry Maguire," "Almost Famous" and "Say Anything." Wilson and her sister, Ann, lead the band Heart , whose hits include "Alone," "Crazy on You" and "Barracuda."
