It’s only fitting that Joe Manganiello was tapped to present at the Breakthrough of the Year Awards — the “True Blood” werewolf is a breakthrough in his own right.

Manganiello hit the Pacific Design Center on Sunday night for the ceremony, which acknowledges emerging talent in the arts. Honorees included AnnaLynne McCord, “Glee” star Dianna Agron, and Sofia Vergara of “Modern Family.”

Manganiello presented a trophy to architect Charles Renfro of the Time 100-ranking NYC firm Diller, Scofidio + Renfro — highlighting a body of work that includes remodels on the Lincoln Center for Performing Arts.

“The Kids Are All Right” star Annette Bening showed up to present the award for breakthrough film actor to her young costar Josh Hutcherson.

Also spotted at the Crest 3D White-sponsored-fete: Patti Stanger, the newly single host of Bravo’s “Millionaire Matchmaker.”
