We’ve had red carpet coverage and party scoop, but there are still some juicy moments from Emmy weekend you’ve yet to hear. The Ministry has your sightings from the big show, the weekend in parties and what other celebs did instead of hitting the ceremony.

Backstage at the telecast was the expected madhouse, but nominees, presenters and winners including Jane Lynch, Ricky Gervais, Matthew Morrison, Sofia Vergara and Edie Falco made a point to stop by the P.F. Chang’s Home Menu Frozen Moments Gift Lounge.

Though talent scored gifts like a two-day stay at the St. Regis Monarch Beach, skincare goods from the Body Shop and memberships to Crunch Fitness, they helped in giving a $50,000 donation to the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences.

P.F. Chang’s Home Menu pledged the cash and asked the stars to jot down one moment from their careers they’d like to be frozen in time (‘The time I met Elmo,’ Gervais said).

Certainly, Sunday was a perfect moment for Lea Michele -- the ‘Glee’ star celebrated her birthday in addition to ...

... her acting nomination. Multitasking while getting dressed for the show, Michele toasted another year with some vegan cupcakes from Sprinkles at her Los Angeles home.

On Saturday, NBC threw a star-studded party to celebrate its nominees. At Beverly Hills’ Spago, ‘Law & Order’ stars Mariska Hargitay and Christopher Meloni chatted up ‘Parks & Recreation’ star Chris Pratt with his bride, Anna Faris. Showtime stars like MIchael C. Hall and Jennifer Carpenter got down across town at Skybar at the Mondrian, toasting with Skyy vodka.

The same evening, the Art of Elysium held its Genesis event at Milk Studios in Hollywood, where Malin Akerman, Padma Lakshmi and ‘True Blood’ stars Sam Trammel and Kristin Bauer were spotted sipping Ty Ku cocktails.

On Friday, the Kari Feinstein Emmy Lounge saw celeb traffic, with Olivia Munn, Felicity Huffman and Ryan Kwanten stopping through to check out Samsung’s new Galaxy S phone.

The same day, swanky salon Byron + Tracy hosted its Emmys beauty bar, where actresses Anne Heche and Hilary Duff got color touch-ups from Redken. New mom Paula Patton came with her and Robin Thicke‘s 4-month-old son, Julian.

Emmys overload? Worry not, Tori Spelling held a garden party with Sony NEX cameras at her home Saturday. Though no one was given a gold statue, Spelling and husband Dean McDermott welcomed fellow parents to celebrate the back-to-school season. Pals like Maria Menounos showed to enjoy Crumbs cupcakes with Spelling’s kids, and their pet goat (named ‘Totes’).
