Lindsay Lohan served in a civil lawsuit while at Beverly Hills courthouse
OK, Lindsay Lohan wasn't technically hit with another lawsuit, but legal papers were sort of tossed in her general direction Tuesday morning as she rode the courthouse elevator toward the courtroom for her probation hearing in Beverly Hills, TMZ reports.
The process server told TMZ he attempted to hand Lohan the papers, but she wouldn't take them so he dropped them on the elevator floor by her feet. And the state of California says that's good enough, if it's done face-to-face.
The civil suit alleges that Lohan defrauded a Los Angeles boutique, Church, out of nearly $17,000 worth of clothing and accessories, TMZ reported Friday. Lohan is accused of telling the owners that her business manager would settle the bill -- but only $180 was ever paid, the owners said.

How is she not in jail? I thought all men were created equal how do rules not apply to her? It's not like she's an a list actress anymore. Toss her in jail.
