Can we have a few volunteers up here to help us elbow little miss Katy Perry out of the way? ‘Cause the “Glee” guys — Chris Colfer, Kevin McHale, Cory Monteith and Mark Salling — have just been announced as her Teen Choice Awards co-hosts, the Wrap notes, and OMG the Ministry wants lots of room for the boys up there on that stage.

Nothing against Katy, of course. But she did have that big spotlight already for her performance at the MTV Movie Awards, so it’s only fair that she share now, right? Plus “Glee” is nominated for 13 awards, so it’s handy to have the guys around.

One wistful note — no matter what you see on “Glee,” remember that not one of these Teen Choice hosts is actually a teen in real life.

The Teen Choice Awards are Aug. 9, and the Ministry will be reporting from the red carpet and beyond. So who’s your fave? And is it kosher for an adult male or female to scream like a little girl? The polls are after the break.

The Ministry does love its awards show coverage -- check out what you missed. Or catch up on ‘Glee’ gossip. Just don’t ask us if you can audition for the show, OK? The auditions are over.
