Crystal Bowersox smiling big time after getting her teeth fixed
For Crystal Bowersox, stardom really is something to smile about. With a gap in her teeth recently fixed, she says she's "smiling with pure confidence for the first time in my life."
The singer, who has been on her verified Twitter account only since June 8, in late June tweeted a picture of herself with the caption, "whats NOT missing in this picture?????? Yeah. That's right." The 24-year-old "American Idol" runner-up, who's currently out on tour with the show's Top 10, then talked to People at the "Good Morning America" show Friday.
Bowersox said she had turned down a "very rude" public offer from a dentist to do the repair for free: "[H]e didn't contact me personally, and so I turned him down publicly." (The gap happened after money ran out when she was younger and had braces.)

What was so wrong with her teeth before? She looked OK to me.

SHE IS BEAUTIFUL !!! I DISLIKE THE PEOPLE THAT ARE SAYING UGLY THINGS ABOUT HER. I LOVE HER FOR HAVING HER SON ,SHE COULD HAVE TAKEN THE EASY WAY OUT. WE ALL MAKE MISTAKES. I LOVE HER NEW SMILE. HER HAIR IS HER TRADE MARK. ONE OF THE MOST TALENTED IDOLS EVER. CAN'T WAIT FOR HER ALBUM. LISTEN TO HER SONG, DONT LEAVE , ON YOUTUBE. IT IS GOING TO BE A NUBMER 1 HIT IF SHE RECORDS IT, BEST SONG, I HAVE EVER HEARD.

I never noticed she had a gap in her teeth until I was gathering intel on Crystal and stumbled on an article that had this big unnecessary commotion about her teeth.

her smile made her looks before - perhaps just whitening the teeth would have been better - she looks so much different... but hey - I may have done the ame thing. :) She is awesome no matter what her teeth look like.
