He’s just a man. But he’s an angry man. A funny, foul-mouthed angry man.

Jack Rebney is -- the way the makers of the documentary ‘Winnebago Man’ tell it (warning: the website has the unbleeped original clip, which features more profanities than the 1989 Itasca Sunflyer has accouterments) -- the guy who was a YouTube-type sensation before there was a YouTube. Outtakes from a 1988 commercial shoot for a new motor home first circulated on an ancient medium called ‘VHS,’ which we’ve been assured falls technologically somewhere between firing up the TiVo and writing in the dirt with our fingers.

Famous fans include Ben Affleck, Alec Baldwin, Conan O’Brien and Spike Jonze; according to the filmmakers, a scene with Tony Stark’s dad in ‘Iron Man 2’ was inspired by Rebney’s outbursts.

The way we see it, the trailer for the flick, due out July 9, is simply a cure for Monday afternoon.

We hope you really $@%^&*! enjoy it.

[For the record, 5:30 p.m.: A previous version of this post said the movie opens July 7, but it actually hits screens July 9. Sorry for the $@%^&*! up.]
