From geeking out to lunching glam, the Ministry has all the latest star sightings from around town. Although Lakers-mania has swept Los Angeles, gaming fans are celebrating E3 (the Electronic Entertainment Expo) this week.
Celeb fans like Luke Wilson, Nikki Reed, Vanessa Hudgens, Paris Hilton and Aaron Paul caught performances as well as trailers for games due later this year, including "Guitar Hero: Warriors of Rock," "Call of Duty: Black Ops" and "True Crime: Hong Kong."On Sunday, Kinect for XBox 360 held a major celebration to unveil the anticipated controller-free "Project Natal" at the Galen Center. Billy Crystal, Michael Cera, Rosario Dawson, Ryan Phillippe, Rita Wilson, Aisha Tyler, Christina Hendricks and Olivia Munn all tried the game and caught a themed performance from Cirque du Soleil.
That same night "True Blood" star Ryan Kwanten hit up the J.W. Marriott at L.A. LIVE, running late for a screening party of his vampire hit thanks to a heated game of pingpong in the PlayStation Move preview suite. His fellow cast got some toasting in the Saturday before at LA's H Lounge, where Skyy vodka hosted the likes of Sam Trammel, Carrie Preston and her "Lost" hubby, Michael Emerson, to watch the first episode.
Also spotted in Downtown L.A. this week was R&B singer Jason Derulo, shooting a music video for his next single in a $3.7-million penthouse at Evo luxury residences.
Meanwhile, peeped having a leisurely lunch was "Sex and the City 2" star Kristin Davis, chowing down on ...
...a flattened chicken sandwich and iced tea at Sunset Boulevard's Mediterranean restaurant Cravings on Monday. Down the way from Cravings just a few days before, fashionistas hit swanky boutique Live! on Sunset for the launch of Alex and Ani's Bangle Bar.
The jewelry makers unveiled the accessories stop in support of Susan G. Komen for the cure and coaxed out the likes of -- get this -- the original Pippi Longstocking from the beloved '80s flick, Tami Erin. She's not holding up so bad; check her out below.
