Charlie Sheen wears a ski cap to court -- because it's Colorado? [Updated -- no plea deal]

We figured everything else has been said at this point -- so here's a picture of Charlie Sheen showing up for court Monday in Aspen, Colo., where temperatures were in the high 70s when we hit the "publish" button, inexplicably wearing a silly knit hat.

[Updated, 5:12 p.m.: Nothing silly about this update -- Sheen did not head to jail Monday afternoon. The prosecutor in the case tells TMZ that the deal "hit a snag" and said more time is needed to work it out. They're due back in court July 12, still ahead of the July 21 trial date set back in March. Next question: Will Sheen hit the Nicorette now or wait till July?]

Even though we think we spot some sideburns, and even though our poll answers are probably all 5,000% made up -- your thoughts?
