‘Two and a Half’ men star Charlie Sheen is preparing to enter a plea deal that will include about 30 days jail time in his long-running domestic violence case, according to a new report.

‘Charlie intends to go to court on June 7 [to] plead to a misdemeanor and immediately begin serving his 30 days in jail,’ a source tells People magazine. ‘With good behavior, he could end up doing 15 or so days.’The charges stem from the 2009 Christmas Day dispute with wife Brooke Meuller, who called 911 from their Aspen, Colo., vacation home after Sheen allegedly had a knife and made threats.

Felony assault charges will be downgraded in the deal, and Sheen will have no probation period after his release from jail, the source says of the deal’s terms.

Time served would not conflict with the filming of ‘Men,’ which just scored Sheen for two more years.
