'Paparazzi' prodigy Greyson Michael Chance booked by 'Ellen'
Looks like that "American Idol" gig has primed Ellen DeGeneres' young-talent radar — she's booked Greyson Michael Chance to appear on her show Thursday.
Greyson, who's being hailed by some as the next Justin Bieber, is a sixth-grader whose take on Lady Gaga's "Paparazzi" is burning up the Internet. The "Paparazzi" video above was shot at a school talent show in April, Greyson says on his YouTube page.
So is this piano-playing, songwriting 12-year-old a one-hit wonder? Not exactly. (If you didn't just click those links, you may want to reconsider that decision.)

wow he's amazing. I thought lady gaga was a good singer... she still good i love her and her fashion but when i first listen to him i got cold chills and that only happens if some one is really good. This boy need to sing and write songs professional. NO offence LADY GAGA i still love u :)

This Kid is for real, and to compare him to Bieber is not a very good comparison. Greyson seems to be a real talent. He brought a smile to my face. What's with the girls in the audience ? they look bored out of thier minds, are they in denial ? is he not one of the cool kids ? are they JEALOUS ? anyway be happy for him... he's got talent and we don't.

Wasn't what I was expecting, no doubt he had a good voice and can sing, but the title says "prodigy", and I thought it meant a prodigy on piano, but that, he isn't. Needs to keep to singing and let others play the instruments for him, not trying to be mean, just my honest opinion.

Smoke and mirrors. When Ellen booked Chance, the video had less than 40,000 views. The hype and "sensation" was created by the calculated pr - it's not an instance of the mainstream press reporting on an internet sensation.

Yes, Justin Bieber's better looking but then again that is because he is much older. I'm sure Greyson is gonna become extremely attractive when he gets to that age. & another thing it/s not always about looks. Geeez! & He shouldn't be compared to Justin Bieber, He is VERY different (Better!)
Justin doesn't sing w/ emotion like greyson, Justin has a pretty voice yes. But Greyson takes pretty singing to a whole nother level w/ his voice & piano!
I love this video can't stop singing this version, i wanna get it on itunes! Your GREAT Greyson! Follow your dreams kid :)
