Dominic Cooper joins ridiculously good-looking 'Captain America' cast
Thankfully, Marvel has found an attractive young man in Dominic Cooper to join its "Captain America" franchise -- as Chris Evans in the lead and Sebastian Stan clearly aren't enough.
News comes from a Cannes interview that Cooper, star of "Mama Mia!" and "An Education," will join the ensemble playing a young version of Captain America's father -- who will age into "Mad Men's" silver fox John Slattery.
Cooper will join Evans' love interest Hayley Atwell, Samuel L. Jackson and Hugo Weaving in the film, slated for a 2011 release.
The London native is currently on a break from his real-life leading lady, Amanda Seyfried. How nice, he's keeping busy with work.

He'll actually play Howard Stark (Tony Stark/Iron Man's father). Howard as mentioned in Iron Man 2 was one of the founders of SHIELD, seeing as Captain America will take place in WW2, Cooper would be playing a younger version of the Howard Stark we saw in Iron Man 2.
