The body of Monica Beresford-Redman, who ran the Zabumba Bar & Restaurant in Palms, was found Thursday in a gutter at the Cancun resort. The couple were on vacation with their two children; she reportedly didn’t return from a shopping trip, but, KTLA reported, a check of her credit cards showed no purchases.
