Star sightings: Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes heart Fergie and Josh Duhamel

Power-couples-becoming-besties alert! Looks as if Fergie and Josh Duhamel have newfound friends in Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes. 

At the Black Eyed Peas show Monday at Staples Center, TomKat took in the energetic show, making sure to pop backstage to pose for photos with Fergie and Duhamel. 

Little Suri was nowhere to be found, but the couple brought along Cruise's 15-year-old, Connor, and stopped to chat up guitarist Slash, who made a cameo onstage with the Peas.

Afterward, at Bacardi's post-party at Club Nokia, BEP frontman will.i.am jammed with LMFAO.

On Thursday in Las Vegas, another VIP party went down, but this one without the booze ...

Sean "Diddy" Combs' son Christian celebrated his 12th birthday at Sin City's Lavo. Mom Kim Porter snapped pictures while Diddy himself helped blow out birthday candles.

Other celeb kiddies in attendance included Tyson Beckford's son Jordan, Faith Evans' boy Hercy, and Combs' other boys, Justin and Quincy. 

Back in Hollywood at Bardot, celebs and music fans turned up Thursday night for Jason Scoppa's weekly Bardot Sessions. Avril Lavinge's ex, Deryck Whibley, took the mike to sing Billy Idol's "Rebel Yell" for a crowd that included Jeremy Piven. 

And popping over to the East Coast, James Van Der Beek stepped out in New York City with his new girlfriend, Kim Brook. The pair went to the h.wood Tea Room pop-up space in Manhattan.

Why do Producers keep giving this man movie roles? HE CAN'T ACT! If the name Josh Duhamel is in the movie that pretty much guarantees it will flop. Josh needs to concentrate on being a faithful husband to his wife. By the way Josh or JD as you are called when you are cheating, your wife name is Fergie. Fergie, if you want a husband that will actually keep his vows, call me! There are guys out here that believe in monogamy.
