Rihanna in and out of Swiss emergency room

Rihanna did indeed visit an emergency room in Switzerland late Monday night, but that's pretty much where any drama ended.

The singer, who played a concert in Zurich on Monday, had an injured rib and swung by the ER when she got off work to make sure it wasn't serious, her rep told E! Online. 

Want proof she's doing OK? Perhaps pictures from her performance Tuesday night in France will suffice.
