April 2009 Nylon cover girl Lindsay Lohan stepped out in West Hollywood on Wednesday night to help the fashion and music mag celebrate its 11th birthday.

At new hot spot Trousdale, an intimate crowd toasted the mag’s publisher, Jaclynn Jarrett, and editor in chief, Marvin Jarrett.

Mischa Barton enjoyed a private dinner before the bash, emerging to chat with the likes of Paris and Nicky Hilton, Mark Salling of ‘Glee,’ pop princess Kristine Elezaj and lovebirds Eli Roth and Peaches Geldof.

Lohan strolled in around 11 p.m. with a pack of female pals, looking sophisticated in a nude dress with studded embellishments. She changed later into a black-and-white striped top and black overcoat before heading out around last call.

‘Lindsay seemed in good spirits,’ a guest said. ‘She was dragging a female pal around by the wrist and chatting and dancing with everyone.’

The 11th-anniversary cover features ‘Avatar’ princess Zoe Saldana.
