Jesse James home from rehab, no wedding ring in sight

Jesse James is back home after a monthlong stint in an Arizona rehab facility, and he seems to be following the lead of his wife, Sandra Bullock -- the West Coast Choppers owner was photographed without his wedding ring.

Dropping his kids off at school Monday, he was photographed with his ring finger bare, Bullock was similarly snapped April 17 during an outdoors jaunt.

Just days after Bullock's lead actress Oscar win, the marriage entered Titanic territory with rumors of multiple infidelities on James' part. 

After dropping off his kids, James headed off to work in Long Beach on one of his motorcycles, according to RadarOnline. 

Though James may be on the mend from his time away, the barrage of self-proclaimed mistresses continues to drag Bullock into scandal.

Michelle Smith, the second woman to come forward alleging an affair with a married James, has penned a letter of apology to "The Blind Side" actress. 

"I am sorry for any hurt or pain that I have caused you. My actions of engaging with a married man are unforgivable. I never meant you any harm," Smith said in a missive obtained by TMZ.

I dont get it,,bald, body filled up with ink and cheats on women and who knows what else he engages in..that tells me he is fine with who he is but who is really sandra bullock? She picked him so whatever images she portrays in the movies has nothing to do with who she might really be. Dont judge if you live in a glass house and unless you can walk on water (not meaning wet cement), then whose business is it what happens with these two. I have to think since about half the population divorces, then half the population is in the same boat and the other half are half sinking as it is.Unconditional love is left for parakeets, fish and mabye a dog, if you feed it prime rib and you eat dog food.
