'Eat Pray Love' trailer hits with Julia Roberts, James Franco and Javier Bardem
Sandra Bullock's got plenty of drama off-screen, but Julia Roberts pops up Thursday with some fictional fare. The trailer for her flick "Eat Pray Love" has hit and is full of cathartic montages and man candy.
Based on the bestseller by Elizabeth Gilbert, Roberts plays a woman lost who devotes a year to finding herself through food, prayer and (from the looks of this trailer) Javier Bardem.
James Franco pops up too, as a Roberts' bohemian rebound boy.
"I think this character is something people haven't seen from me before. He's like a yogi hipster that introduces [Julia] to meditation," Franco told us at the Sundance Film Festival.
"Eat Pray Love" has a tentative release date of Aug. 13 and was directed by "Glee" mastermind Ryan Murphy.
Are you excited to see Julia get existential this summer?
