Taylor Lautner: 'Honored' on red carpet, honored again inside Kids' Choice Awards
We know, Taylor Lautner, it's an honor just to be nominated. But winning is pretty cool too.
Before the favorite movie actor winner nabbed his prize at the Kids' Choice Awards -- he was up against Zac Efron, Tyler Perry and Shia LaBeouf -- he acknowledged the competition.
"It's incredible to be in a category like I am tonight," he said on the red carpet. "I'm just -- I'm honored."
He said he's ready for "The Twilight Saga: Eclipse" to hit theaters this summer, giving hints about the love triangle and the action.
"I think this movie will be really good -- it's my favorite book, so I'm really excited to see it, and for the fans to see it."
What about those girls screaming for him overhead? "I guess they like 'Twilight' "

Way to go Lautner! Its good to see an young actor not letting it go to his head. The comment made about the girls screaming, "I dont know they must like twilight" shows a lot of maturity on his part to see it as the character there shouting for as they dont know him on a personal level. Once again Taylor, good job.
on a side note, im curious about his culture and whether or not he is into it.

Good for him, it's wonderful to see a nice kid with a good head on his shoulders at these events. Taylor is very mature for his age and very humble. He knows that it's the character that the fans are into and he doesn't pretend it's all about him. The girls are screaming for their favorite character. All in all, the Twilight kids are good examples of how to stay grounded in Hollywood. Good luck to him.
