Lindsay Lohan‘s lawyers can send plenty a barking letter, but that doesn’t mean the actress doesn’t take her alleged E-Trade offense personally.

‘She said, ‘Mommy, help me. This is wrong. How can they do this?’’ Dina Lohan told the New York Post.

The ‘Mean Girls’ star filed a $100-million lawsuit this week, claiming the online trading company hit too close to home in its Super Bowl commercial -- featuring a ‘milk-a-holic’ baby named Lindsay. Lohan’s lawyers take the position that the name is synonymous with the star. Dina agrees.

‘Everyone knows Lindsay, like Cher or Madonna,’ she told the Post.

The 23-year-old actress is seeking a nine-figure sum in damages, as well as an injunction to stop the ad.

Elsewhere in Lindsay Land, it seems her time as ‘artistic advisor’ for fashion house Ungaro has come to an end. In Paris for Fashion Week, but conspicuously absent from the Ungaro show, Lohan told WWD that ‘I’ don’t work for them anymore.’

She also said that ‘there’s legal things going on; I can’t really discuss it.’

Reps for Lohan could not be reached.
