Corey Feldman, Nicholas Brendon, Gary Dourdan -- can we blame Daylight Saving Time?
Police responded to a report of a drunken man making a commotion in the wee hours Wednesday morning in Venice, and soon after, actor Nicholas Brendon, a.k.a. Xander on "Buffy the Vampire Slayer," was taken down with a taser. The actor, who according to TMZ sources swung at officers and then ran, is being held on $20,000 bail and facing a felony vandalism charge.
Actor Gary Dourdan, formerly of "CSI," was scratched up in a dispute in Venice on Tuesday -- his girlfriend Maria Asis del Alamo was the one arrested and booked on suspicion of misdemeanor domestic battery. Just so you can get a visual: She's 5-foot-8 and 110 pounds; he's 6-foot-2 and 190.
And Corey Feldman got a tattoo Tuesday night in the Valley to commemorate his pal Corey Haim's death. Haim was laid to rest earlier in the day in Toronto. Though Feldman didn't attend the funeral, and discouraged the press from covering it, he posted an open letter to Haim on his website that includes this sentiment:
"I wish you could see how big the story is. I wish you could see your face finally filling the cover of People magazine and Entertainment Weekly!"
We can only imagine what St. Patrick's Day revelry will deliver overnight.
