Beyonce and Lady Gaga meet again! First images surface from 'Telephone' video shoot
The gods of booty shaking and fierce fashion smile upon us as new photos have confirmed that Beyonce Knowles and Lady Gaga are filming their second music video collaboration -- for "Telephone" -- in Los Angeles.
When last we left the divas it was Beyonce's effort for "Videophone" (clearly, these two have a fascination with gadgets and what men can do with them). In white leotards, an embarrassment of wind machines and multi-colored rubber guns, we were posed the question "Can you handle it?"
Handle this: Reports say the new video's arch is a continuation of Gaga's video for "Paparazzi," where she poisons a lover played by "True Blood's" Aleksander Skarsgard. "Telephone" allegedly sees the outrageous blond jailed for said offense, then rescued by none other than Mrs. Jay-Z.
The narrative sounds juicy enough, but let's be honest -- it's the visuals that titillate when personalities like these two collide. New York magazine's The Cut has the pics that indicate this will be no disappointment.
The shots show both Gaga and B behind the wheel of the famous yellow truck commissioned by director Quentin Tarantino for Uma Thurman's use in the "Kill Bill" franchise.
Other angles promise layered chiffon, super-constructed shoulders, cabaret makeup and yet more wind machines.
